MY STORY

For a good chunk of my life I worked as a biologist, but eventually the universe led me down a different path. Photography discovered me, and not the other way around. I identified myself more as a photographer than as a scientist and eventually started to photograph weddings to satisfy the creative urgings in my soul.

I finally felt like I had a true purpose in this life.

Meet me for a beer sometime and I will tell you the rest of the story of how I got here!

What do I photograph?

I specialize in weddings, couples, families, and pets.

Why do I do this?

I have always said what I like most about weddings is that they offer countless moments that are waiting to be captured, and at the end of the day it makes me completely satisfied that I can deliver this to you.

How do I do this?

For weddings, I work as unobtrusively as possible, shooting your story as it is happening. I’ll direct if I need to during the portraits, but I am always looking for organic and real moments. Essentially, I strive to photograph people in their natural element, capturing their personalities and essence. The good stuff.

Where am I?

I’m based in a tiny little town called High Bridge, which is in Hunterdon County in New Jersey. It’s about an hour from NYC, a little over an hour from Philadelphia, but I don’t let time or distance limit to where I photograph. Wherever you fancy, I will be there.

How can we work together?

If you feel we would be a good fit, contact me and let’s do this!

Last but not least…

A few random things that I love: pitbulls, hoppy beers, California cabernets, the Oregon coast, morning coffee, hiking, the month of April, baseball, vegetables, yoga, red, teal, 68 and sunny, nice people, spicy pho, Philadelphia, national parks
