Who would have thought when Kat and Ed first met at a wedding over 13+ years ago, that they would be the ones getting married one day! Fast forward to them reconnecting many years later, and here we are celebrating their commitment to each other. (I wonder if anyone casually met at their wedding?) 🙂
They held their wedding at the Forest Lodge in Warren, NJ, a little gem of a venue that was a perfect backdrop to their September wedding. The ceremony was short and sweet, but wait till you see the craziness on the dance floor! Their family and friends really know how to have a good time, and it was so much fun photographing this group of people! Such good energy and happiness all around. Enjoy these highlights!!
Here are a few words from our beautiful bride, Kat.
- When planning your wedding, what were you most looking forward to? Having fun with my friends and family.
- What were some of your favorite moments from your wedding day?Everything. It went exactly how I would have wanted it to go from the second I walked out the door for the ceremony to the very end. Loved seeing all my friends and relatives who traveled so far to get there. Loved meeting so many of Eddie’s family for the first time.
- If you could do it all again, would you change anything? No – not a single thing
- Any advice for future couples planning their weddings?Keep it simple. Keep the focus on each other, and the joy of celebrating with friends and family. Don’t get lost in the details and having to make sure everything is perfect. No matter what happens just enjoy the moment.
