Hagley Museum Wedding: Esther & Ilya

I first met Esther and Ilya which now seems like forever ago! (Meaning, just a few months before the pandemic started in the US). We met for some beers, had a great convo, and we knew we were a good match! We were all looking forward to their springtime wedding at the Hagley Museum in Wilmington, DE.

Well. Do we need to mention the pandemic again? How about we fast forward to September instead!! They were able to have their dream wedding after all. Everything was outside, the weather cooperated (somewhat!) and they were married in front of all their favorite people.

Here is how their socially distanced wedding looked. These are the actual pages from their wedding album and I thought would be a cute way to celebrate and showcase their story.

Thank you to Merida from Events by Merida for introducing me to Ester and Ilya!  And of course to my fabulous assistant Casey.

Enjoy these photos!!
