Congratulations to photographer Ashley Smith who was the winner of the recent portrait session contest! Her essay on her favorite summertime memory earned her and her fiance Jeff an engagement session with yours truly.
Jeff loves to cook and this past summer started his own garden, so where better to photograph these two than at one of their favorite places? We met up at Linvilla Orchards in Delaware County, a place where they go often to get some of the freshest produce around. The three of us strolled around the rows and rows of trees and plants, and Ashley and Jeff hand picked apples, peaches, peppers, and tomatoes. In other words, it’s a culinary heaven! I’m not going to say how many sungold tomatoes I ate right off the vine. : )
